A violent fight between Wabo Kamga and Mengue Onana at the Bilingual Technical High School of Nkolbisson Yaounde has provoked a strong response from Minister of Secondary Education, Professor Nalova Lyonga.
Minister of Secondary Education, Professor Nalova Lyonga, personally visited a bilingual high school in Nkolbisson after a violent fight between two students, expressing her disappointment. The fight was planned according to report. After an argument on Monday, the two students agreed to meet at the school the next morning to settle their dispute. Wabo Kamga arrived first and, when Mengue Onana showed up, he hit him on the head three times with a stick.
School officials immediately took the seriously injured Mengue Onana to the hospital and paid for his initial medical care. He remains in intensive care following report.
